Southern Independent Testing Agency (SITA) was founded in 1980 by Charles W. Kaupp, Jr. He recognized a significant need for honest, experienced and independent HVAC testing in the rapidly growing South. With our home office located in central Florida, we have one of the largest and most respected staffs of certified TAB and Commissioning Professionals.

We have provided TAB and Commissioning services verifying operation of building mechanical systems, improving occupant comfort and promoting efficient energy consumption.
